We are selling 60"w Polytab non-woven interlining for $1 per yard -- many yards available! This material, also known as parachute cloth (and similar to black-out drapery liner or interfacing), is lightweight and takes on the form of the substrate that is applied to it, and is therefore commonly used in the process of making murals. You can paint on it indoors and then secure it to an exterior wall with special paste. It is a method the Mural Arts Program uses for many of their murals and recommends to other muralists. A google search will yield more detailed description of the process. Polytab was originally created for use in the garment industry by QST, and so can also be sewn into garments. QST only sells Polytab in 250 yd bolts for over $400, so ours is almost half the price and available in smaller amounts. Continue reading
